YOUR DAY AT THE B&B (with a difference)

Your welcome is accompanied by afternoon tea or cool drinks served on the deck outside your room.

Snacks and home made cakes and biscuits will be available as you relax and unwind to the sounds of the bush.

Champagne, wine, beer & soft drinks will be served with canapes for 'Sundowners'.

You can choose to enjoy the spectacular changing sunset sky from the deck, by the campfire or at a vantage point on Farringdon. (Your host will drive you there in the all terrain vehicle).

Dinner will be served 6.30 - 7.30pm

Home cooked meals might include creamy soups, camp oven roast & vegetables or lamb shanks and damper.   For dessert - self saucing puddings, lemon meringue pie - these are just samples of the menu.

(Picture - chicken curry with rice, tomatoes, sour cream, cashews and home made naan)).

Port and coffee after dinner with chocolates.

Relax by the campfire,  on the deck or in front of the Homestead fire with a digestif, coffee and chocolates.    Marshmallow toasting is a favourite pasttime of guests.

Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 8.30am (earlier times easily accommodated).

Fresh free range eggs and home made bread are just two of our breakfast offerings.  We also serve omelettes, full breakfast, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee.

Farringdon is well placed for exploring the many attractions of the Scenic Rim.

Boonah with quaint cafes, The Shed Cafe selling an assortment of olives and flavoured oils, Border Ranges Natonal Park and the Lions Road with its chorus of bell birds, and hot air balloon rides which launch from different sites across the area.
